About Us

StreetWise Utilities designs, manufactures, and markets high quality products for water, sewer, and gas distribution systems. Barry Bennett founded the company in 2012. After many years of working in the water and sewer industry, he invented Streetwise's first product, the patented GateStrainer. It was his first-hand knowledge of distribution systems and personal experience with having to dig out inaccessible gate valves that led him to invent the product. In addition to designing and manufacturing high quality products, StreetWise Utilities is also committed to providing excellent service and prompt delivery.
